In an effort to respect the time of all in attendance and to ensure answers are provided to reasonable questions the Board of the Peninsula Golf Club is using this email as an invitation to all Members to submit questions, prior to commencement of the meeting, in respect to the two proposed motions up for ratification at the Special General Meeting scheduled for Monday, May 9, 2016.

There is potential that many Members will have similar questions. Therefore questions pertaining to the proposed motions submitted through this forum will be read and answers given prior to opening up for questions from the floor.
