Good afternoon Members
This week has brought a bit of everything to PGC - not too many out playing earlier in the week, but things have picked up today and the weekend is expected to be fine for those playing in the Mid-winter Christmas tournament tomorrow.
Membership Draw
This weekend the membership draw is at $800.00 - the money must go tomorrow night so will be drawn until someone in the lounge wins it. Last time we got to this stage Patrick Kennelly added a further $200.00 to make it up to $1,000.00. Patrick has generously donated a further $200.00 to this weeks total, so the person who wins it will take home $1,000.00. Draw is at 6:00pm, come along and have a drink and a chat and see if you are the luckiest person there tomorrow night. This is open to all Full Playing and 6 day members.
Pennant Dinner
Your Golf Calendar shows the Pennant Dinner being held in the club lounge on Friday 15th July 2016. We have postponed this event to Friday 19 August 2016 and it will now be held at the new Wainui Club House. Your Pennant Managers will be in touch with you soon to get names and numbers of those attending as well as the cost of bringing your Partner to the event. As in previous years, Pennant players meals will be covered by the Pennant budget.
